Please note that these centers have been largely set up to assist blue-collar foreign workers from South East Asian countries who at times encounter serious human rights issues with their employers. While the centers will no doubt try to assist no matter how minor your complaint may be, please understand that they are no doubt understaffed. Additionally, it might be beneficial to take along a Chinese speaking friend to ensure that the staff there understands your complaint.
